Maria Zhang is a Polish-Chinese actress. She’s best recognized for her roles in the television series Avatar: The Last Airbender (2024) and WorkInProgress (2020).

Career

Maria Zhang’s interest in performing most likely stems from the fact that both of her parents are artists.

Her very first acting appearance was Alice in Wonderland production in a Polish community theater show when she was 12 years old. Since then, she had been flying back to China to Poland every summer just to join the theater group.

Several years later, she attended the University of Southern California and moved to Southern California, United States.

She started her career as an actress by appearing in short movies such as Continuum (2018) and Dear Mom (2020). Her appearance in the short movie All I Ever Wanted (2022) earned her some attention.

Meanwhile, she also appears in the comedy web series WorkIn Progress in 2020.
