Quotes
“The types of movies that allow actresses in their 20s and 30s to shine are very limited. They’re all comedies.”
“I think that for actors, getting to take on deeper roles puts pressure on them but also gives them catharsis. You want to know how well you can portray this character. You look back on yourself and pull the character out of you. It’s very appealing.”
“At my core, I’m afraid of challenging myself, making drastic changes. But with time, my spectrum is growing broader and I want to push myself more and more.”
“My husband is really cute and handsome in my eyes. He and I have similar tastes. For instance, we both love food and are willing to wait in line for an hour or two to try out places with great reviews.”
“I went to see it [Ditto] with my husband. As my name appeared on the screen, tears began pouring down my face. It’s hard to describe how I felt at the moment. I was 21 when I shot the movie. Now, I was watching it again, 25 years later. It was really… It felt strange.”
“My husband is a bit strange. He said [my temples] are pretty. He said they’re lovable.”
