Andres Tovar kickstarted his career back in 1999 when he became a screenwriter for the Teletón TV series, which was followed by her debut as an associate producer for the same series in 2002.

This Virgo filmmaker then continued his career as a TV associate producer until 2008, such as for his work in TV specials, Teletón X (2006), Plaza Sésamo: Canta, canta, canta más! (2008), and also Teletón XII (2008).
