Ashley Alexiss began her modeling career at 15 years old, when she was still a high school student, in around 2006.

She participated in the beauty pageant competition, Miss Teen Massachusetts, before hitting her 16th birthday. She conquered the show and won the title of Miss Congeniality, which practically launched her professional modeling career.

At 17, she relocated to California for college and began to book more modeling work. She started pursuing modeling more seriously at 19 years old.
