After graduating from college, Jessica Cediel worked in small Colombian-based media companies like RCN as the magazine’s commercial model.

She has appeared in several magazines and hosted shows like Muy Buenos Dias on RCN TV before beginning working for Estilo RCN.

In 2014, she then moved to Miami and became host of The Fat Man and the Skinny Woman, which makes her name rose to fame.

She hosted the show for a year and quit in 2015 and the next year, she worked as a presenter for Premios Juventud and Sal y Pimienta.

In 2019 to 2020, she worked on the show La Voz US that is an American singing competition ‌made for aspiring Latino singers which aired on Telemundo.
