Career

Karol G started to love music when she was five years old. She wrote a song about peace when she was in school with her sisters for a challenge.

In 2007, she released a song titled En La Playa and was followed by other songs Por Ti, Dime Que Si, and Mil Maneras in the next years.

In 2011, she was rejected by Universal Records, saying women wouldn’t be successful in reggaeton.
