The journey of Mia as an amazing female K-pop idol began when the agency Yuehua Entertainment announced the new girl group.

Yuehua Entertainment announced to the public that they presented EVERGLOW, their new girl group with their talented members.

Finally, she was announced as the second member of EVERGLOW on February 24, 2019.

At that time, she was publicized as the second member of the group in the Crank in Film video. In this video, everybody was impressed with her dancing skill and also her visuals.

Mia then began her debut alongside EVERGLOW one month later by releasing the first EP Arrival of Everglow with the lead track called Bon Bon Chocolat.
