Career

Yuna Mong started planting the seed of her career in the South Korean entertainment industry by becoming a trainee in her late teens.

She went through the training process to become an idol for around three to four years. However, she eventually felt exhausted and decided to focus on her studies instead.

While pursuing education at Dongduk Women’s University, she met Han Cho Im through a friend, who at the time was a member of a dance team called ‘X’ in the summer of 2017.

By then, Han Cho Im and another X’s member, Jung Yu Bin, were slated to debut on a girl group called Camila.

She joined them right before their debut, and together, these three girls made their debut under Camila in August 2018 by releasing a digital single titled ‘Red Lips.’

Unfortunately, the group announced their disbandment in July 2019, after around a year. Each member went separate ways, and she decided on shifting her career into acting.

In 2020, she was listed as a signed artist under TNK Entertainment, which made her a labelmate with Produce 101’s Kang Si Won and singer EZE.

However, her name was taken down from the agency’s official website’s artist page in early 2022.

From then on, she seems to focus her career as a model and social media influencer.
